XMLReader->moveToNextAttribute() -- Position cursor on the next Attribute

Moves cursor to the next Attribute if positioned on an Attribute or moves to first attribute if positioned on an Element.

Возвращает TRUE в случае успешного завершения или FALSE в случае возникновения ошибки.
